Nogoum FM
Nogoum FM was launched in 2003. It is the first private radio station of the country and broadcast from the Media Production City. It reaches about 30 million listeners in Greater Cairo and its suburbs (Cairo, Giza and Qalyoubia governorates). Nogoum FM offers free entertainment content as well as coverage of political and cultural issues. Nogoum FM launched Nogoum FM TV in May 2015 and became the first radio available on television in the Middle East. Nogoum TV can be accessed via Nilesat and on the Internet.
Both Nogoum FM and TV are owned by Nile Radio Productions (NRP), a private company headed by Ayman Salem, that also owns NileFM, Nogoum Records and NRP Music.
