Al Bernameg Alaam
Al Bernameg Al Aam was launched in 1934 and broadcasts a general and political issues. It is owned by the State, and therefore managed by the National Media Authority. Although she reached the retirement age, the National Media Authority issued a decision extending her stay in her post for three months in July 2018, and then followed it by another extension for 3 months at the end of September 2018. Its Editor-in-chief, Hassan Madan is a longtime Al Bernameg Al Aam journalist who started his career at the radio in 1985. He became editor in chief in 2016.
